How to Apply

Submit a pdf version of your resume to tell us more about yourself.
Share two videos.
Video #1: Tell us why you're applying to be a My Favorite Teacher. (1-2 minutes)
Video #2: Show us your teaching style by teaching any topic of your choice. (3-5 minutes.)

What subjects are you looking for?
We are considering teachers for all subjects (including math.) You just need to have deep knowledge of the subject you are interested in teaching.
Is there any live teaching involved?
No. You will be filming lessons for on-demand videos.
Do I need prior classroom teaching experience?
No. Classroom teaching experience is not required. We’re looking for dynamic people who students can relate to and will enjoy learning from.
Do I need to have my own curriculum to teach?
No. We work with already established curriculums and will help you select the curriculum that's the best fit for you.
Do I have to live in the US?
No. This position can be done anywhere in the world.
What is the pay like?
This is not a salaried position. Selected teachers receive a percentage of video membership sales.
Do I need to be available full-time?
No. The position can be done on a part-time basis. The only requirements are that you need to be dedicated and be willing to commit to a filming schedule.
